Lipstick have been turning heads in Te-Whanganui-A-Tara/Wellington‘s indie music scene after only a handful of live shows. Initially formed in 2023, the band channels a raucous garage-rock energy that creates songs that are simultaneously hard-hitting and catchy – reminiscent of post-britpop influences Bloc Party and Interpol.
