Winters Gnocching

A comforting winters dish, taking inspiration from the Matariki star Tupuanuku.

Made using housemade Kumara gnocchi, braised lamb shoulder, horopito, watercress and crème fraiche. Each ingredient has been carefully thought out to create a dish which incorporates different aspects of food that grow from the soil.
