Roxy Live Presents – ‘Rum with Ray’, a Masterclass.
World renowned bartender and mixologist, Ray Letoa, talks you through a trio of rum-based taster cocktails, paired with light bites from CoCo’s kitchen. Come along and see a true master at work and pick up some skills to take home with you. The Roxy bar will be open for extra imbibery and CoCo’s full dinner menu will be available throughout the evening, from 5pm.
Tickets $39.50 plus $1.50 booking fee.
