This refreshing libation captures the essence of kūmarahou, rose, and jasmine green tea, a beautiful wairākau blend called "Ari" by a kairongoā, Renee Mac, owner of Soul Sisters Kombucha. To enhance the experience, we incorporate the sweetness of kawakawa syrup. prepared in accordance with tīkanga Māori by one of our staff members. Finally, top it off with The National Distillery Company's New Zealand Native gin, which adds a distinct botanical note. The Manawa Ora can also be prepared as a non-alcoholic beverage for those seeking a lighter option.
